These rates are non-commissionable and do not include the current 8% tax or $2.00 TIBD fee.

RESERVATION POLICY:
The corporates room rates are based on availability and reservations should be made at least two (2) weeks in advance. Your local rate will be closed off to the last 10% of our guestroom inventory. Guest room rates are

The corporate rate will apply to individual reservations and are not available for groups, conventions, or the following blackout dates:

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
All reservations must be guaranteed and may be made by dialing our Guest Services at 1-406-867-6767 or visiting our website northernhotel.com
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is required by 3:00pm MST, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one night room and tax.

GUARANTEE AND BILLING PROCEDURES:
All guestroom charges including room and tax and/or incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual traveler unless third party billing has been arranged prior to arrival. Travelers must present a credit card upon check-in at the front desk unless otherwise specified. Credit card guarantee with a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Additionally, a credit card is required at the time of check-in. All accounts must be settled prior to departure. A Direct Bill Account requires the submission of a completed credit application and processing with approval by the hotel credit manager. This can take up to 30 days to process.
